Sweet FA Gluten Free is a new range of cookies created by Island Bakery’s Chief Biscuit Engineer Fiona Aitali…. which is where the FA comes from! Fiona is a baker-extraordinaire, and has been with us since our early days  of baking bread and pastries. Since being diagnosed as Coeliac, she has been devoting her skills to gluten-free baking. We were so taken with the cookies she created that we just had to put them into production.

They really are gluten-free cookies like no other we have ever tried. A special blend of flours (none of that sand-like rice flour found in so much wheat-free baking) and generous proportions of delicious additions make for indulgent treats that anyone can truly enjoy. In addition to being gluten-free, they are also vegan, organic and palm oil free.

Ingredients:

OATS** 26%, Sugar, Raisins 20% (Raisins, Sunflower oil), Margarine (Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, ALMOND Butter, Carrot Juice, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Flavour, Lemon Juice), Tapioca Flour, Cinnamon, Salt*, Raising Agent*: Ammonium Carbonate. *Non Organic. **OATS used in this product are gluten free and have been specially produced, prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereal containing gluten.
