Ready-milled grains of Seagreens® wild Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed for use in cooking and baking, or sprinkled on almost any raw or cooked food.
Used sparingly (eg. half a teaspoon per person in plain broccoli soup) it significantly broadens the nutritional profile, combining with the food to bring out its natural flavour without dominating.
Use it instead of salt: sodium is in ideal natural balance with all the other mineral salts your body needs - to strengthen and support the cardiovascular system.
Especially useful in children’s favourites and an inexpensive way to pep up the most minimal diet!
