Cooking Instructions (2 Portions);

Soak 100g cannellini beans in cold water for a minimum of 5 hours until they expand. Drain and rinse, then put hem in a large pan, cover in cold water and boil for 10 minutes. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, until tender.
