Flaxseed, or Linseed, is a great source of the healthy plant-based Omega 3 fatty acid, aplha-linoleic acid (ALA). These flaxseeds are lightly milled to break the seed for better digestion, so you get all the nutritional benefits of eating flax. These go great sprinkled over a salad, or in your favourite bakes.
