Organic Arborio Risotto Rice

Basic Risotto Recipe (serves 2);

Ingredients; 160g Arborio risotto rice, 500ml stock, 1 medium chopped onion, 20g butter, 100ml white wine, grated parmesan.

Method; sauté the onion in the butter until soft. add the rice and wine, and stir until evaporated. Add a ladle of stock and simmer, add more stock as it is absorbed. Heat for 16-18 minutes until the rice is soft, then add the parmesan and any other desired ingredients.
