Organic Red Quinoa

Cooking Instructions (2 portions); Add 60g of quinoa to 150ml of water in a pan, bring to the boil and cover. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed and the quinoa is tender. Drain any excess water and serve.
