Cooking Instructions (2 Portions);
Soak 100g of aduki beans in cold water for 9-12 hours and rinse thoroughly after. Place in to a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes before reducing the heat to simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cooked and tender.
