Organic Vital Wheat Gluten

Vital wheat gluten is the natural protein found in wheat. A small amount added to bread recipes imrpves the texture and elasticity of the dough, especially in whole grain bread doughs. Just Natural recommend adding 1 tablespoon for every 2 cups of bread flour. Vital wheat gluten is also great for making seitan.
