Activated Organic Tahini

Tahini is a great source of calcium, iron and magnesium. Raw Ecstasy have added their own spin on the traditional Tahini recipe by activating the sesame seeds before stone-grinding until rich and creamy.

They source the best quality certified organic sesame seeds, which are long-soaked and slowly dried in the usual Raw Ecstasy way. The perfectly activated sesame seeds are then gently cold-processed in a granite stone grinder, very similar to the ways in which ancient indigenous cultures around the world have ground nuts, grain and seeds for millennia. The result is the smoothest, lightest and most luxuriously rawsome sesame seed spread imaginable!
