Organic Oat Groats

Oat Groats are the husked oat kernels. They are milled to remove the outer husk, and therefore remain the most intact form of the grain.

Cooking Instructions (2 portions); Place 150g of Oat Goats in to a pan with 450ml of one of our Oat Drink milk alternatives and soak for 12 hours. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, turn the heat down slightly and cook for 8 minutes, stir occasionally.
