G&G's organic kelp (Ascopyphyllum nodosum) supplement is made from pure kelp, sourced from Iceland and certified organic by the Soil Association. Kelp is the best dietary source of iodine and this particular formula has been carefully prepared to ensure 350µg of iodine is provided in every capsule.

Kelp is also a source of potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, vanadium, fucoxanthin and a polysaccharide called fucoidan.
